Alongside relatable Instagram content and hilarious reels, I’ve been helping parents through the questions I get every day. I believe authentic Conscious Parenting starts with the Reparenting Process, a journey I’ve been on myself for years. I struggled with parenting two kids under three, so much so that I convinced myself I would never have more children. But, a beautiful thing happened - I realized that healing from my past and working on myself was the key to being the parent I wanted to be. Now, I’m a mom of THREE under 7 and am parenting in a way that feels good for both myself and my family.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a parent coach certification from The Jai Institute of Parenting and have been studying conscious and gentle parenting for over three years.
